We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Business Development Managers

The role of Business Development Manager is core to the success of our business model. A BDM at Principle First, must be able to recruit and manage a team of up to 50 Client Executives. These Client Executives will be responsible for generating clients and revenue. The Business Development Manager will be remunerated based on a percentage of their team’s initial and ongoing revenue.

Currently in the UK Financial Services industry, a lot of highly motivated people in BDM roles are anxious about their future, not knowing how RDR will affect their firm and their future.

Our business model takes away the uncertainty and allows you to build your team, and have huge earnings potential based on the effort and success of you and your team.

Your team of Client Executives will not be responsible for the advice. They will not be responsible for the ongoing service and annual reviews of clients, they will be focused on bringing clients on board to receive a high level of financial planning. The company will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and service offered to each client, yet the Client Executive and BDM will continue to be rewarded for both initial advice, ongoing advice and future sales. Their is no buy out option for the Client Executive, should a CE wish to retire, they will merely cease to bring further clients onboard, and they will continue to earn from the trail revenue of those clients. We will service the clients (a requirement of RDR) and provide income to the Client Executive until death.

Client Executives

As a Client Executive you will be responsible for sourcing clients, demonstrating the need for financial planning, and educating potential clients on how our firm will ensure that their financial planning needs are met today, and every year between now and financial independence or retirement.

This role ensures that our Client Executives can focus on generating clients, while increasing their earnings capacity. This role allows focused individuals to concentrate on generating clients instead of labour intensive paperwork and compliance. The firm is responsible for the advice, compliance, recommendations report, and paperwork, allowing the Client Executive to do what their skills do best, generating clients.

A Client Executive is a resourceful sales individual, with great prospecting skills, who will be efficient in prospecting, generating clients, and taking clients through the service provided by Principle First. The Client Executive role is a non advice role. A Client Executive will not be responsible for any paperwork, reports, or suitability reports. Their core purpose is to generate clients, market the benefits of our service and collect signable documents when required.

Responsible to the Business Development Team, our Client Executives are remunerated based on their ability to introduce clients to the firm. Starting Salaries are negotiable. Client Executives receive a remuneration based on experience and potential, but all have the same initial and ongoing earning capacity. The firm will continue to develop and service the client, generating future revenue streams for the Client Executive. The Client Executive will also benefit from a percentage of any funds under management invested by their client, building long term renewal income within the role.

An ideal role for an Independent Financial Adviser, retired or existing Financial Adviser, Mortgages Adviser, Protection Adviser, or highly motivated Sales Person.
