We place a great deal of emphasis on ensuring our clients receive the highest level of customer service and also on finding the most suitable financial products for their individual needs.

We aim to make our clients’ finances as hassle-free as possible and want them to be left feeling confident with the financial advice and products that have been arranged for them.

As such it is highly important for us to know how our clients perceive us and our advice.

In order to guage this and to ensure that we continue to meet our clients’ ongoing needs, each client receives a customer satisfaction questionnaire when their business has been completed. This helps us address any areas clients feel should be looked at and also reassures us about the areas where we do well.

Treating Customers Fairly

As required by our industry regulator, the FSA (Financial Services Authority), be must be able to demonstrate that we are consistently treating customers fairly. As part of evaluating this, we have focused our customer satisfaction surveys on the outcomes defined by the FSA.
