Corporate Bond Funds

by Gareth Flanagan on March 25, 2009

The sector that we are advising clients to invest money in over the next year is fixed interest, mainly through the use of corporate bond funds.

These funds are based on lending money to government and trading companies at a fixed rate of interest over a set period of time. With the decrease in liquidity in the banking sector and the decrease in interest rates of late we see this as a low risk strategy for growth especially over the next 12 months.
