When offering online investment advice to a new client who has various investments already, we first register details of their current funds, and try to guage their attitude to investment risk.
We then bring them over to our screen, to show them the analytical charts for the funds they hold. By showing them how their funds are performing relative to other funds in the same sector, we can highlight the strong and weak points in their portfolio. Then we can demonstrate the filter criteria we use to identify the better funds for them, and give online financial advice on adjusting or modifying their online investment, in order to provide top performance in their chosen risk category.
As our online investment advice is a screen-based service, we can use a number of visual and graphical tools, in conjunction with online financial advice, providing an easily understandable, quality service to the investor.
